The Club Alpin Français is a sports association with a team of qualified instructors for all activities.
Outdoor outings for beginners and advanced climbers, and maintenance of cliff routes all year round. (half-yearly calendar available).
The Club Alpin Français de Saoû Synclinal is affiliated to the Fédération Française des Clubs Alpins et de Montagne. We are an associative structure created in 1987, made up of volunteers and not service providers. We manage the climbing site in and around Saoû. The CAF's mission is to make independent mountaineering accessible to as many people as possible. In this spirit, it contributes to the training and safety of mountain users, to the development and protection of the territory, and to the development and transmission of an alpine culture.
