Description

A touch of Provence. Calissons are made in the pure Provencal tradition. Almonds, candied fruit mixed with orange blossom water or fine lavender, or even black truffles in season. The cookies are made from local flours combined with dried fruit, sweet spices, lavender flower or almonds.
