As passionate beekeepers, we migrate our hives throughout the region and sometimes beyond, to produce specific, high-quality honeys according to the flowering season.
Description
Yann chose to make a living from his passion for beekeeping, setting up his farm in March 2017 and expanding it over the years. Clélia joined Yann full-time in April 2022, and together they created the GAEC.
We are committed to producing a variety of quality honeys, which is why we transhume our hives from May to August every year, depending on the flowering season in the Rhône Alpes Auvergne region, and sometimes beyond, depending on climatic conditions and opportunities, and in compliance with organic farming specifications since 2023. The honey is then harvested, extracted and jarred at the honey house in Souspierre. We then sell the honey at local markets, notably Friday mornings in Dieulefit, and at our farm store.
