Le Mas des Vignaux – Gîte Le Travertin

Name: the name comes from the fact that the entire floor of the gîte is made of travertine stone.
Capacity: 2 to 4 people (extra bed possible)
Location: the gîte occupies an independent annex to the south of Mas des Vignaux, an old farmhouse converted with character; it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Entirely on one level, it has a private entrance, and benefits from communal parking.
Description:
An entrance hall leads to the living room, to a double bedroom (17 m²), WC and shower room, and upstairs, via a Japanese staircase, to a small attic bedroom.
A vast, high-ceilinged living room with exposed beams (30 m²) forms the main living area of the gîte. It features a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob), a sitting area and a dining area. It opens onto a large covered south-facing terrace (20 m²) with views of Mount Rachas.
The master bedroom (160x180cm double bed) faces east and has a walk-in closet. The attic bedroom has a velux window and two single beds (90x180).
From the entrance hall, the gîte also has a private terrace/solarium.
Comfort: The gîte is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms, living rooms, entrance hall). All rooms have electric shutters.
Wifi available. No smoking inside.
The swimming pool is heated if required; its use is shared with the owners and any other guests in the house.
