Gîte La Martinelle

In a farmhouse not overlooked by the owners, you will be seduced by its functionality, its location and its view. The gite has its own private heated swimming pool. Shaded parking space and garden in the middle of 6 hectares of meadows surrounded by mountains.the gite features a large terrace a few meters from the pool for outdoor meals and barbecues or plancha.
A fully-equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, opening onto a living room with sofa bed, followed by a WC, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each.

Linen provided: bath towel, hand towel, fitted sheet, dish towel.
For walkers, hikers, bikers, mountain bikers and horseback riders, superb paths and tracks await you near the gite.
All amenities are 2 minutes away by car, or a 10-15 minute walk through the medieval village of Chateau neuf de Mazenc.

If you'd like to get away from it all with your horse, the gite can accommodate riders and their horses.
A saddlery, grooming area and paddocks with quality hay are available to welcome and accommodate your horse.
Numerous walks and hikes are within easy reach of the gite, enabling you to discover the beauty of the Drome countryside.
