The Great Temple is the actual temple of Bourdeaux. It is the largest temple of the department. Completed in 1806, it is a former church started started during the 18th century and never finished which proves the difficulty for Catholics to win back the valley.
Description
The bell from the former Bezaudun temple, returned to the Protestants in the 19th century, was transferred to Bourdeaux when the temple was sold. The interior features fine woodwork, the pulpit and the gallery. The smiplicity of the building lends an austere beauty to this temple.
