Description
The aim of the association is to preserve the so-called "invisible" heritage (to distinguish it from the built and natural heritage), to collect, safeguard and promote the memory of the Pays de Dieulefit, and in particular the cultural assets that form the basis of the common memory and constitute the materials of the contemporary history of the Pays de Dieulefit. The association works on both individual and collective memories. Together with traditional sources (such as archives), they constitute the privileged material of the "invisible heritage" to which historians are particularly attentive.
This heritage, in conjunction with the built and natural heritage, contributes to shaping the personality of the region. As such, it is destined to take its place in a global history, both French and international.
